Girlfriends star Tracee Ellis Ross has partnered with Kellogg's Special K to help launch the Nourish Your Next project, encouraging women to 'celebrate their inner strength'.

Ross commented 'There's beauty in this idea that all of us as women are nourishing our lives in a way that allows us to go out there and get what's next for us - be who we are in a really full and beautiful way, and live these lives that we're all living.
